Article Processing Charge
Psycounia: Indonesian Journal of Psychology and Counseling currently provides a free publication service for authors. The journal does not charge authors any Article Processing Charge (APC) for submitting, reviewing, revising, or publishing manuscripts.
No Article Processing Charge
At present, authors are not required to pay any fees for:
- Manuscript submission;
- Initial editorial screening;
- Plagiarism or similarity screening;
- Peer review;
- Manuscript revision;
- Copyediting and proofreading;
- Layout and publication; and
- Online publication of accepted articles.
There are no submission fees, review fees, or publication fees charged to authors at any stage of the editorial and publishing process.
Free Access for Readers
Published articles are made available to readers through the journal’s official platform without requiring payment for access, subject to the journal’s applicable access and licensing policies.
The journal is committed to supporting the dissemination of scholarly knowledge in psychology and counseling by reducing financial barriers for both authors and readers.
Future Changes to Publication Fees
The Editorial Team may review its publication fee policy periodically in accordance with the journal’s operational and publishing needs. If an Article Processing Charge or other publication-related fee is introduced in the future, the policy will be clearly announced on the journal website before it takes effect.
Any future changes will not be applied retroactively to manuscripts that have already been accepted for publication unless otherwise clearly communicated and agreed upon in accordance with applicable journal policies.
For the current publication period, Psycounia: Indonesian Journal of Psychology and Counseling does not charge any Article Processing Charge (APC).
